Are voters in Wisconsin paying attention to the election in August?

The state secretary of administration, Mike Huebsch, thinks voters are getting important information about issues in the governor’s race, such as job creation and outsourcing:

(Speaking on WIZM’s La Crosse Talk…) Huebsch, the former Assembly Speaker, says the primary might be ignored by many, but he believes that state residents will become familiar with the candidates and issues by November.
