Rural Tomah Man Dies In Wreck
The Monroe County Sheriff s department is investigating a fatal crash that happened Saturday night just before midnight. The crash occurred in the township of La Grange. A 33 year old rural Tomah man lost control of his pickup truck, knocked over a power pole then rolled into a ditch.
The unnamed man was pronounced dead at the scene while a 26 year old female passenger, also from rural Tomah was flown to a Marshfield hospital. The severity of her injuries is unknown at this time.
The names of the occupants are not being released at this time pending notification of family.
