Pickett Faces 20 Charges Including Attempted Homicide

An Arkdale man is in the Monroe County jail, searching for $50 thousand. That

was the bail set last week for 20 year old Daniel Pickett after he was charged with 20 crimes including attempted homicide, kidnapping and several car thefts.

 

Cops say back in September, Pickett’s car crashed into another car in Monroe County. After the crash happened, Pickett attempted to force the female driver of the other car into his. She was able to escape and wave down a passing motorist for help. He’s also admitted to stealing three cars, one of which he crashed into a Tomah McDonalds after saying he was angry. Another, he crashed into a tree.

 

Picket also faces felony charges of stealing a car and throwing feces on a jailer in Adams County. There, he was also was found guilty of beating up another prisoner. Pickett will be in Monroe County court next Monday.
