A key La Crosse city council committee tonight will weigh in on paying some big legal bills incurred by the city during an employee investigation.  The city has racked up close to 200 thousand dollars in bills investigating claims of alleged misdeeds of former municipal prosecutor Pete Kisken and a planning administrator, Liana Escott.  Kisken was fired from his job after nearly a year on administrative leave while the investigation was conducted by an outside law firm.  Escott resigned from her job in January.
