Happy Ad Harassment

Stalking is something that can be done using various techniques. As it turns out, even with ‘Happy Ads.’ La Crosse cops are looking for a 53 year-old Onalaska guy for the unwanted attention he’s been paying to a former flame. Apparently, she’s got a restraining order against the guy–a former attorney— but knows he’s been watching her. He’s also advertising in the classified section of the La Crosse Tribune. Just letting her know how much she’s missed, apparently. A little too much for the woman who sees the Happy ads as harassment. Cops seem to agree because they’re looking for guy.
