Officers found several people with injuries at the pavilion. Four went to Tri-County Hospital in Whitehall with non-life-threatening injuries.

Later Sunday morning, the report said officers arrested Juan Rodriguez, 39. He was taken into custody on two counts each of 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Substantial Battery, and Disorderly Conduct. The charges all had a modifier for the use of a dangerous weapon.
