As I See It

Tomorrow is the Fourth of July.  Some thoughts about that.

While many of us will grill out, head out on the water, and likely enjoy a fireworks show in the evening, there are others who won’t be doing much celebrating.

They’ll be working. The police officers, firemen, doctors, nurses, ambulance drivers, and heck, even the clerks at Kwik Trip.

The services they provide help keep us safe, healthy, and allow us to enjoy our freedoms a little bit more.

Thank them for what they do. I certainly appreciate what they provide for our community.

So, here’s to number 249. May you be safe and well this holiday as best you can. And let’s pray that number 250 is better for everyone here in the Coulee Region and in America.
