La Crosse County Democratic Party is very unorganized thanks to William Garcia. No planning. no strategy, no talking points, and no support. Canvassing was a nightmare! It took the democrats more than a month after her announcement to get Kamala yard signs.
If he is elected it will confirm the democrats have no plan to adjust their failed strategy to try to win the next election.
