Authorities make another arrest in the drive-by shooting of three homes last month in Rollingstone in Winona County.

Kimari Jatovion Jordan, 21, faces a felony charge for the May 24 shooting.

The probable cause statement said that Jordan was in a vehicle that was identified as being at the scene of the shootings in which no one was hurt.

A juvenile witness identified Jordan and Damein Lamont Smith, Jr. as the two people who fired a handgun towards the homes.

When police searched Smith’s home, they found the handgun and ammo similar to what investigators recovered at the scene of the shootings.

Following his arrest, Jordan told investigators that Smith was the only one who fired the handgun that night.

At a court appearance late Wednesday morning, Jordan received a bond of $40-thousand dollars with conditions or $100-thousand dollars without conditions.
