A West Salem man is being charged with physical abuse of an older person, and with intimidating a victim.

Forty-eight-year-old Troy Crogan was arrested last week in Onalaska, after a warrant was issued. A criminal complaint says Crogan pushed the older victim a couple of times, causing her physical pain. Police arrested Crogan after searching for him on Highway 16, and finding him at the parking lot of the Onalaska Farm and Fleet store.

Court records show Crogan was convicted of misdemeanor domestic abuse last year in a Sauk County case. Crogan was given a signature bond, and is scheduled back in La Crosse County court in early June.
