Big Bikes for Little Tikes-Come enjoy the ride

If you’re looking for an opportunity to help an area family this weekend and enjoy the company of a lot of like-minded people, plus see some beautiful scenery, I have a suggestion.

Tomorrow, Big Bikes for Little Tikes takes off on a 100-mile ride to raise money to make a dream come true for Dallas Gardner of Hillsboro.

He’s a 15-year-old who enjoys video games and fishing.

Unfortunately, he also must deal with a variety of ailments including brittle bone disease, scoliosis, and restrictive lung disease.

His wish is to see his favorite team-the Dallas Cowboys.

The Rock Foundation is sending him to see his team take on the Green Bay Packers in Texas on September 28.

You can sign up for the ride or if you want to simply donate, it’s all good. Just go to https://bigbikesforlittletikes.com for either or both.

The ride leaves from Great River Harley Davidson around 11 a.m. and ends at the Time Out Tavern in La Crescent.

Thanks for your help.
