10-time OWI offender from West Salem reaches plea agreement, sentenced to prison

He has 10 or more arrests for drunk driving on his record, and a West Salem man is headed to prison for his latest OWI, which happened in April.

Fifty-year-old Aaron Falcon-Radke has pleaded guilty to being drunk outside a convenience store in West Salem. Other charges related to drunk driving and drugs were dismissed, in exchange for the negotiated plea.

Falcon-Radke will go to prison for 4 years, and will be on extended supervision for another 4 years after his release. A criminal complaint says Falcon-Radke was arrested on an outstanding warrant on April 14th, after stopping at a store on Highway 16. An officer found drug syringes in his car. His last previous OWI conviction on record in Wisconsin happened 11 years ago.

    Other charges relating to drunk driving and drugs dismissed ???? What if he killed someone driving drunk? Dismiss that one also? Failed judicial system in Lacrosse.
