The woman arrested on Thursday on manslaughter charges in the death of the infant known as Baby Angel is out of jail on bond.

Court documents filed Friday show Jennifer Baechle submitted a surety bond for $20,000 from a bail bond agency on Thursday.

Some of the conditions of her bond include agreeing to GPS monitoring, not to leave the state without written court approval, and make all future court appearances.

Baechle appeared in Winona County Court Thursday morning where she was charged with two counts of 2nd Degree manslaughter from the 2011 death of Baby Angel.

On Sept. 5, 2011, boaters found a bag containing the body of an infant only a few days old. The bag also contained items including angel figurines.

The child was not identified at the time.

Twelve years later, DNA evidence linked the infant to Baechle. Additional tests confirmed that she was the mother of the infant.

Her family members also identified some of the items found in the bag as belonging to Baechle according to the criminal complaint.

Her next court appearance is scheduled for July 7 in Winona County court.
