Jackson County resident facing 10th drunk-driving charge for La Crosse County arrest

A cash bond has been set for a Jackson County man caught driving under the influence for at least the 10th time in Wisconsin.

Aaron Falcon-Radke was arrested outside a West Salem business on Monday, on a probation warrant. A criminal complaint says Falcon-Radke showed signs of having used drugs, and police found a drug syringe with a powder in his car. The syringe was tested, and found to contain fentanyl. He faces new criminal counts for operating a vehicle while under the influence, and possession of narcotics.

Falcon-Radke’s last arrest on record for OWI was 12 years ago in Jackson County. A cash bond of $1000 was set. He is currently in the La Crosse County jail, and is scheduled back in La Crosse County court on April 25th.
