UPDATE: La Crescent Police said that a missing runaway has been found safe.

No other details were released.

La Crescent Police asks for the public’s help to find a missing runaway that’s considered endangered without her essential medication.

Police issued the request as they look for 15-year-old Jordan Jade Provo, also known as “Kai”.

She was reported missing on Monday morning.

Provo left her home between 9 p.m. Sunday night and 6 a.m. Monday morning.

Because she left home without her medication, she is considered an endangered individual according to police.

Her description:

She is 5 feet high, weighs 100 lbs., has brown/red hair, and blue eyes.

Provo was last seen wearing burgundy yoga pants, a black tight t-shirt, and black Nike shoes.

Anyone who has seen her or knows where she might be should call the La Crescent Police Department at 507-895-4414.
