Kiel, Padesky move on in District 7 contest

Incumbent District 7 City Council Member Mac Kiel and former council member Gary Padesky won on Tuesday over Jeff Reiman.

Kiel is looking for a second term on the council. She was first elected in 2021.

Padesky spent six years on the City Council. He currently holds a spot representing La Crosse County District 7 after his election in April 2020.

In unofficial reporting, Padesky had 450 votes, Kiel with 334, and Reiman tallied 130.
