Ahead of the visits, La Crosse Police stated: “Traffic Alert: Downtown La Crosse
Be prepared for an impact on traffic Monday morning, November 4th, into the afternoon hours in the downtown area for special events. We expect traffic to be heavy and parking to be limited. If you need to travel in the downtown area, allow extra time, and be prepared for slow and stopped traffic. We encourage people to find an alternate route. Slow down, stay alert and drive safe! Thank you for your understanding!”
