Yogmas becomes second suspect arrested for north La Crosse gunfire incident
A shooting incident in La Crosse earlier this month leads to a second arrest in the case, and a court appearance for Tyler Yogmas.
The 37-year-old La Crosse man is accused of retail theft, but could be charged with other crimes when he returns to court on Wednesday. Bond for Yogmas is set at $250,000, and he faces a potential attempted homicide charge.
Yogmas and a co-defendant, Ryder Ott, were involved in a fight over a drug transaction with a third man, who was shot in the leg during the incident in a George Street parking lot during Labor Day weekend.
Yogmas is expected to be charged on Wednesday. Ott is accused of endangering safety, and is due back in court next week.
