As I See It
Vos should finally admit election wasn’t stolen

It must be difficult to be Robin Vos. Continuously walking a tightrope must be exhausting. Even three years later, the Wisconsin Assembly Speaker can’t seem to decide whether the 2020 election was stolen, and whether the Wisconsin Elections Commission Administrator did anything illicit. In his continuing effort to appease the election-deniers, Vos has moved forward with articles of impeachment against Elections Administrator Meagan Wolfe. That is despite the lack of any evidence of wrongdoing on her part. Of course, we’ve been down this road before. Vos was indulging his base when he hired a former Supreme Court Justice to, at significant taxpayer expense, investigate all the allegations of widespread fraud. He found none, then was fired by Vos, but has since turned on the Assembly Speaker and is part of an effort threatening to recall Vos if he doesn’t try to impeach Wolfe. That is despite the fact that Vos has in court filings admitted that the legislators vote to fire her was “symbolic.” This has become a rather tangled web. But Vos knows the truth. The election wasn’t stolen. Wolfe did nothing wrong. Vos should stand up and say so rather than continue to get caught in the mess he made. He would probably sleep better at night.

I agree Voss should finally get some courage and admit he was wrong, and quit trying to destroy our great state, he created this mess because he kissed trumps butt, and ended up costing our state millions of dollars for some false story, him and trump should have to pay the state back.
Quit dividing our state and work with Evers to get some things done and show the kids of this great State what courage looks like. I’m ashamed to tell people we’re I live because of all the animosity in the legislature, kids have more sense. Enough is enough,, and quit trying to get impeach everyone just because you don’t like the election results. Shame on you all!

The presidential election was not stolen so the writer of this article and I agree which is not usual.
There lies the difference between us; I will go after anyone who deserves it rather than protect the ones I like.

Funny how the media tries to keep this “rigged election” stance going in an attempt to discredit current Republican leaders. People are a bit skeptical about elections these days with scattered reports of fraudulent activities, early voting, ballot harvesting. Most Americans believe Biden won. That’s a better attitude than the one exhibited by many Democrats after three recounts in Florida proving, and the Supreme Court affirming, that George Bush beat Al Gore. The Democrats could never quite accept that outcome. And, in 2016, when Trump beat Hilary Clinton, Democrats marched in the streets of Washington in denial. Maxine Waters and the holy John Lewis, both Democrats, said Trump was an “illegitimate president”. Nothing new, here.

“Widespread fraud” wasn’t necessary. The term “Stolen election” has no legal meaning.
Trump lost by approx 20,000 votes in Wisconsin; less than 1% of the total.
The Dane County “vote in the park” trickery where absentee ballots were harvested in over 200 parks resulted in over 14,000 (over 12,000 Dem) ballots that were not properly segregated and accounted for. Little to no verification of those registering to vote was required. Poll workers were permitted to act as “witnesses” to verify residency.
Now add the effect of media suppression of the Biden laptop story which certainly and materially impacted the election in Biden’s favor. And the continuing glib media broadcast of something called “the election interference lie” is adding an additional more recent layer of interference.
But let’s not forget the dopey GOP AKA “Republican’ts” who look stood by and watched all this happen.
Yes, the election was rigged. And part of that is on the GOP. And the public took the hit…Bidenonomics, high inflation, sky high mortgage rates, unaffordable auto prices,…
