Hoffman is the La Crosse County supervisor of prevention and community programming. Sampson is the city’s Homeless Coordinator.

On the show we discussed the first steps of what the county-city collaborative announced the previous night in bringing together a five-year plan.

We also talked about, not just the hardships that go into helping the unsheltered, but even discussing the multi-faceted situation.
