Garcia, who is also the La Crosse County Democratic Party chair, also talked about another US House representative, Republican George Santos, being arrested for fraud, money laundering, among other things, and why he won’t be kicked out of Congress by Speaker Kevin McCarthy.

That led to a discussion about Donald Trump having to pay $5 million, after a jury found him liable for sexual assault, and whether Republicans will shift to other possible Republican presidential candidates.
