La Crosse under “snow emergency,” alt-side parking goes into effect at 6 pm Thursday

For the second time in less that a month, the City of La Crosse has declared a Snow Emergency, meaning alternate-side parking will go into effect beginning at 6 p.m. Thursday. 

Beginning at that time, a 48-hour clock will officially start, expiring at 6 p.m. Saturday.

The National Weather Service – La Crosse is predicting between 4-7 inches for La Crosse.

The termination of the snow emergency may be extended or canceled as needed. More info can be found here.
