Last Thursday, during its monthly meeting, the city council passed an eight-year Climate Action Plan, as sort of a stepping stone to getting to getting carbon neutral by 2050. The council also offered the city’s north street building for $1 to the senior center group operating there.

Neumann also discussed La Crosse Mayor Mitch Reynolds’ state of the city address.

Began the show talking about Neumann the retired pediatric critical care doctor, who spent quite a few years working in Africa.
