A warm-weather tradition returns to Cameron Park in La Crosse this weekend.  The Farmers’ Market is back for 2022.

“I’m so ready, I’ve been preparing tirelessly, and it’s finally here,” says market manager Maddie Makinster. “I feel good and confident and excited.”

Vendors from within 100 miles of La Crosse will be selling food and crafts, and there’s often entertainment at the park.

Hours are Friday from 4 p.m. to dusk, and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.  The Farmers’ Market happens every weekend at Cameron until the end of October.

Makinster says lots of craftwork and food will await visitors, with food including cheese and meat as well as regular food vendors. She says face masks are not required at the Farmers’ Market this year, unlike the heavy use during the past two summers.
