Wisconsin sees 150% jump in COVID cases, La Crosse up to 193 per day

Over the past two weeks, the state of Wisconsin has seen a 150% increase in COVID-19 cases.

Wisconsin is averaging 9,063 cases, 28 deaths a day over the past week.

The state’s positivity rate reported Monday was 27%.

La Crosse County is averaging 193 cases a day over the past week. A week prior, that average was 159 a day.

Statewide, Wisconsin is 58.5% vaccinated with both does.

  • La Crosse 64.2%.
  • Buffalo 58.6%
  • Trempealeau 64.5%
  • Jackson 47.3%
  • Monroe 47.5%
  • Vernon 52.2%
