On this episode of the Democratic Voice podcast, we discuss why having the government conduct elections itself with no oversight might not be a great idea.

Republicans in Wisconsin — and elsewhere — are still perpetuation the “big lie” in the 2020 presidential election.

Since the vote didn’t go their way and the Wisconsin Election Commission  (WEC) investigation didn’t bring the best GOP news, prominent elected Republicans — starting with US Sen. Ron Johnson and Assembly Speaker Robin Vos — are now just saying the state Legislature, controlled by Republicans, should just conduct elections completely.

La Crosse County Democratic Party chair William Garcia and I discuss how we got to this point. New episodes of the Democratic Voice podcast come out Mondays, wherever you download podcasts or find them all by clicking here.
