Restoring election integrity by claiming fraud

Published

It is an interesting tactic, claiming the effort is to restore election integrity by constantly challenging the integrity of the election. That has been the playbook for lawmakers who continue to cling to the claim that somehow the election in Wisconsin was rigged. They have called for investigation upon investigation, seeking, but failing to find proof there was some sort of fraud that kept Donald Trump from getting re-elected. Yet their efforts continue, now focusing their ire on the head of the Wisconsin Elections Commission. There are claims that Meagan Wolfe broke the law by allowing voting improprieties in a Racine county nursing home. Critics say she should resign and be prosecuted. The claims are dripping with hypocrisy. Wolfe was appointed to the election post unanimously. In issuing her guidance, Wolfe was following rules created by Republican lawmakers. Her effort was supported by three Republican members of the commission. And just six months ago, Wisconsin Republican leaders re-appointed her to the post, but now they say she should be locked up. It is claims like these that are what are undermining confidence in our elections.

You say read the facts , I think that this is something you and many others should do . Yes there was no widespread fraud but there didn’t need to be, a few well thought out areas was all it took . You should quit being such a Democratic hack and state some facts yourself.
