CMN Radioathon back

The need is great. Let’s hope the support equals that need. Starting today, three Mid-West Family radio stations are partnering with the Children’s Miracle Network to raise money for the care of sick children. The Children Miracle Network’s Radioathon is a two-day event this year, airing on our stations Z-93, KQ98 and 95.7 The Rock. Throughout the day, from six am to six pm, our stations will be broadcasting live from Gundersen Health System, one of 170 hospitals in the U.S. that make up the Children’s Miracle Network. The goal is to provide support to families with children who have a variety of healthcare needs. 100% of the donated funds are directed to local children no matter the illness of where they receive care. That could include paying their medical bills, or providing gas cards to allow parents to get their children to their medical appointments. The need is particularly great now, given that the pandemic cancelled last year’s Radioathon, which can bring in upward of $100,000 in donations. When you listen to our participating stations today, or watch the stream at aroundrivercity.com, you will hear the personal stories of those who have benefited from donations to CMN. You can help those families and others like them by donating during this year’s Radioathon which happens today and tomorrow. Thank you for your support of CMN and the children it serves.
