With Oktoberfest now less than three weeks away, we’re learning who’s going to serve as the 2021 royalty for the Fest.

Wednesday, the parade marshals for the Maple Leaf and Torchlight Parades will be introduced during a ceremony at Loggers Field. The identities of Mrs. Oktoberfest and the Festmaster will be revealed during Oktoberfest week.

Last weekend, Maddie Adickes was crowned Miss La Crosse-Oktoberfest for 2021. She was Miss Onalaska in 2018, and recently earned a nursing degree from Viterbo University. She is on the nursing staff at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse.

Adickes will compete for Miss Wisconsin in June with a chance to compete in the Miss America Scholarship Program.
