Real estate group holding public session on redevelopment of old KMart site

An open house and input session for the old KMart is scheduled for Wednesday.

Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions will host the talk from 5-6:30 p.m. inside the old Kmart building on State Road with the goal of hearing the community’s ideas for redevelopment.

“Our goal is have community identify high-value neighborhood assets, define ‘what is missing,’ outline areas of pedestrian constraints to the Kmart Site, and vision what the site could become,” the group said in a release.

The group wants to get a “clearer vision” about the needs from the community for the site.
