There are open COVID-19 vaccine appointments Wednesday-Friday this week at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse for those who are eligible.

And, that means anyone 16-and-over can get vaccinated. You shouldn’t have to be a La Crosse or even Wisconsin resident. Mayo provides all three versions of the vaccine, as they’re available.

To make an appointment, log into your account here (Patient Online Service) or create an account, then go to “appointments and admissions.” From there, you’ll have to answer a series of questions and schedule a time.

Otherwise, call 608-392-7400.

The vaccine will likely be given on the first floor of the Public Immunization Clinic, Professional Arts Building on 10th Street (click here for map). The above picture is the entrance to the clinic.

The clinic has vaccinated over 10,000 each of the past two weeks and 35,000 completed appointments in the past 15 weeks.

Mayo is also now permitting two designated visitors per patient in the clinic and hospital in the Southwest Wisconsin Region, except the Chemotherapy Treatment Room.
