A new partnership has been announced between two well-known Catholic colleges in the La Crosse area.
St. Mary’s of Winona and Viterbo of La Crosse have agreed to accept some credits from each other’s classes toward certain degrees.
The exchanges are mostly in business-oriented programs. The presidents of Viterbo and St. Mary’s will sign the partnership agreement in a ceremony later this month.
Under the agreement, St. Mary’s will accept credits from certain Viterbo classes toward a couple of masters’ degrees, while Viterbo will allow a bachelor of arts degree from St. Mary’s to be used as credit toward a master’s on the La Crosse campus.
The partnership will take effect in the fall semester.
