La Crosse adds 15 more COVID-19 cases
La Crosse County added another 15 cases of COVID-19 on Friday, according to the state’s health department website.
The county now has a total of 497 cases — 368 of those since June 16.
Statewide, Wisconsin added another 579 cases, 36 hospitalizations and three deaths.
The state has had single-digit deaths 12 of the past 13 days, including four of those days with zero deaths.
Minnesota added another 423 cases and eight deaths. The state has averaged 7.5 deaths the past 13 days. Before that, dating back to mid-April, Minnesota averaged 19.7 deaths a day.
Winona added two more cases and has now had 122 total.
