One new confirmed case of COVID-19 was reported in La Crosse County Friday afternoon. 

The newest case is a girl in her teens and she had traveled to Florida within the last two weeks. 

Additionally, another person has recovered, making it 14 of 20 confirmed cases who are now cleared. 

One person also was released from the hospital, so one hospitalization remains. 

The numbers weren’t as positive statewide. 

There are now 1,916 cases, up 186 cases from Thursday, and 6 new deaths leaving the total at 37. 

25% of the positive cases are in the hospital
