La Crosse is expected to be in the path of the heaviest snowfall, along with Winona and Black River Falls.

Lesser amounts are expected in Vernon County, and areas farther south.

The snowiest day of the season so far in La Crosse has been November 6th, when 4-and-a-half inches fell.
