Three people rescued from thin ice in Monroe County

Monroe County is warning people to watch out for thin ice, after a weekend rescue mission near Tomah. 

An adult fell through ice in a marsh at Mill Bluff State Park on Saturday, while tracking deer with two 14-year-olds. 

Rescue crews were dispatched to the area, and found that the three were safe, but unable to reach dry land on their own. 

The three were evacuated with the help of an inflatable boat used by firefighters.
