Heavy rain causes road closures

Wisconsin (WIZM)-Heavy rain has fallen through the area with some regions reporting three to five inches, according to the National Weather Service. The Kickapoo River and Coon Creek were out of their banks and washouts are reported. Current road closures listed on Wisconsin 511 include US 14 West closed from County P to beyond County P. That includes the bridges crossing the Coon Creek in Coon Valley. US 14 East is closed beyond County N. WIS 162 South is closed beyond County N to County K, and WIS 162 North is closed beyond County O to beyond County KK.
