Police still searching for hit-and-run driver that sent two kids, crossing street, to hospital

No arrests yet for a hit-and-run that ended in two children going to the hospital.

The incident happened at 4:52 p.m. Friday. Police reported a gray, four-door car hit two of three children in the crosswalk at George and Logan streets.

The two had minor injuries and were taken to the hospital.

The car is described as a gray or a lighter colored gray, possibly a Toyota or similar make.

Police said, according to witnesses, the car was last seen driving away from the scene south on George Street.

    From what I understand, one of the boys has injuries that require surgery. Not exactly “minor” injuries.

    If you know something, help to find the person that did this.
