An Onalaska man is back in jail on a possible new drug charge.

Fifty-five-year-old Shawn Docken is accused of possessing marijuana, and violating bail in a previous court case.

In February, Docken’s wife died after the two of them reportedly snorted heroin.

Shawn Docken and his adult son Mathew were arrested, and charged with delivering heroin.

The charges against both men from that case were dismissed last month…but Shawn also has an open drunk-driving case in La Crosse County Court.

Mathew Docken is serving a jail sentence, following a plea agreement for stealing a gun from a sheriff’s officer and trading it for drugs.
