A 25-year-old La Crosse man faces decades of prison time, if he’s found guilty of sexually assaulting a female friend at his house.

Antony

Kyle Antony faces two sexual assault counts and a charge of strangulation.

The 25-year-old Antony claims the woman consented to have sex with him. The victim, however, says Antony slapped and bit her, as well as held her down with his hand on her throat during the attack last weekend.

Antony also admitted to smoking ‘a few bowls’ of marijuana during the day.

Judge Gloria Doyle set Antony’s bond at $2,000 and ordered him back to court next week.

The DA’s office wanted a $5,000 bond because of the alleged violent nature of the attack, and because Antony admitted he had an AK-47 rifle in the house at the time.
