It was bad enough she tried to get away after a deputy stopped the car she was in.

It got worse when Jakittia Lakeisha Shanise Covington kicked an officer in the groin while being arrested early Sunday morning. The 21-year-old Winona woman is now charged with obstructing police.

She was riding in a car that was pulled over for having its high beams on near Fifth and Pelzer streets.
