One shot during confrontation on La Crosse’s south side

An investigation is still ongoing by La Crosse Police for a man who was shot in the leg at 4:30 a.m. Sunday.

Police say the shooting occurred during a confrontation among a large group on the 1200 block of Hintgen Court.

The man had non-life-threatening injuries and was released from the hospital.

Nobody yet has been arrested.
