UPDATE: Due to rainy conditions, parking arrangements for Country Boom in West Salem have been altered.

The planned parking on the Maple Grove Venues site is now offering limited parking availability because of the wet conditions. Alternative arrangements are in the works.

The La Crosse County Sheriff’s Office recommend using the existing shuttle services that are in place.

Those still driving, Country Boom is setting up an alternative parking area at the West Salem High School. Shuttle buses will be provided from the High School to the event. Check the County Sheriff’s Facebook page for updates.

ORIGINAL STORY: Randy Houser, Riley Green, Aaron Lewis, Phil Vassar and more, headed to West Salem this weekend as the first-ever Country Boom concert.

The event at the former Maple Grove golf course kicks off Friday afternoon and runs through Saturday.

Director Jon Holthaus says they are expecting a great turnout with around 8,000-10,000 people each day.

You can still buy tickets on their website CountryBoom.com. Tickets for both days range from $60 general admission to $250 for platinum VIP, which would include private bathrooms, all you can drink, main stage seating and exclusive dining options and more.

Single-day tickets cost $45. There are also campsites and pit passes available. Parking is $12.

Weather is expected to cooperate for the later concerts both days though there could be possible thunderstorms in the early afternoon Friday and Saturday.

Holthaus says he appreciates all the community and business support, which has made the expectations so high.
