Will you be the first to roll up your sleeves Governor Walker? Scott Walker is calling for the drug testing of those who live in public housing in Wisconsin. That seems fair. We don’t want to spend our tax dollars on those who choose to spend their own money on drugs. Then let’s start at the top. And go all the way down the line to those in public housing. The group One Wisconsin Now is calling on Walker to be first in line to take a drug test. After all, it costs Wisconsin taxpayers to keep Walker in public housing. That mansion he lives in isn’t cheap. Overlooking Lake Mendota, the Governor’s 16,000 square foot mansion features 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. So if we’re going to drug test the little guy in public housing, shouldn’t we start with the biggest guy in public housing? And while we’re at it, let’s start drug testing all of our lawmakers whose salaries we pay. And anyone who receives our tax help. The people at Foxconn. Anyone who receives state subsidies. If we’re going to drug test public benefit recipients, we should do so for all who benefit from our tax dollars.
