Zachary Miller arrested on warrant issued in July

A drug-related death in La Crosse may have led to reckless homicide charges against a Soldiers Grove, Wis, man. 

Zachary Miller was arrested in La Crosse on Tuesday night, on a warrant issued in July when he missed a local court appearance. 

Miller is scheduled to be in court Thursday, when he could be charged with reckless homicide and delivery of heroin. 

District attorney Tim Gruenke says the homicide charge results from a death that occurred within the last few weeks. 

Miller already has three open court cases in La Crosse County.

A native of Prairie du Chien, Brad graduated from UW - La Crosse and has worked in radio news for more than 30 years, mostly in the La Crosse area.
