City’s $450,000 gate system went offline today

It’s a montage of the downtown La Crosse parking gates greatest “hits.”

With the old gate system officially offline in all the ramps today, the La Crosse Police Dept. released this video.

The highlight might be around 30 seconds when the parking gate wins against the guy in the black hoodie.

The police wrote: “We’re sure there are many of you out there that would have loved to do this at one time or another. Enjoy!”
