3 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp finely minced garlic
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place rub on a plate. Pat chicken pieces dry and press into rub on all sides. Grill!
