Police even offered woman ride home

When talking to police, it’s best if you don’t say you want to “bleeping” kill them.

Around 9 a.m. Friday, someone called police about a woman screaming for the last hour outside a residence on Barlow St. in La Crosse.

When police arrived, Victoria Jick immediately approached and asked if they could help her get home.

Police said, ‘Sure,” and asked where she lived. Her reply, “Bleep you bleep-holes, you bleepers can’t help me.”

That exchange went on a couple times, including police offering a few times to give the 39-year-old a ride home.

Instead of accepting, she threatened to kill police if they approached and said they couldn’t arrest her because she was in “full embassy.”

The officer responded with something like, “I have no idea what that means.”

He also, of course, arrested her for disorderly. Police also found marijuana and a pipe on Jick.
