Woman who stole from Children’s Miracle Network arrested

Caught on video taking donation box from Walmart

A woman who stole a donation box headed for the Children’s Miracle Network appears to have been arrested.

Tonnettea Fountain has been charged with the July theft of the donation box at the La Crosse Walmart that contained cash and gift cards. 

Fountain was caught after store security video was posted online.
