UW-L’s $55 million student center on track to open in fall

Target date to open is Sept. 28

Construction for the $55 million student center at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is moving along quite quickly.

The target date for completion of the building is Sept. 28, according to UW-L’s Larry Rinngenberg.

The center is being designed to provide students with study and social areas, along with offices for student organizations.

The building will also provide general use meeting rooms, food service kitchens and dining areas.
